Here's a little bit about me.

Danielle holds a masters degree in Human Behavior, along with Teaching Credentials, years of training and coaching experience. She has worked with young people for 20+ years.  For the last 8 years Danielle has focused mainly on students transitioning into college and executive coaching helping sales people grow their business.

I was raised to believe anything was possible. Growing up in a large family, I saw first hand how belief systems were connected to thoughts and behavior and found this fascinating. When I began my master’s program in 2010, I focused on young people and how diet and other external factors influenced their thought patterns and behavior. It was during that time in my life that I decided my life’s work would be to empower young people to identify their own thought patterns and belief systems that are leading them to unwanted behavior.

Here is what I know for sure; a person’s belief system leads to thoughts and thoughts lead to behavior. In order to change behavior, we must first find the origin of the thought and alter the belief system. Did you know a person can actually change the chemical makeup of the neuropathways in their brain? Over the years I have had many clients who think change is not possible because of where they came from.
After working with me, they now understand this is a false statement.

Anything is possible with hard work.

It took me almost 35 years to learn what my calling is. However, I now know I was born with a gift. I have the innate ability to connect almost instantly with people, particularly young people. Where parents or traditional therapists may struggle to connect and read a person, I am able to quickly identify issues that are a concern for parents and develop a plan that students feel good about. We execute that plan yielding almost immediate results. The common denominator is, I always find a way to reach the student in ways no one else has been able to. Working with young people brings me a great deal of satisfaction. My tool belt of full; I’m ready to “work miracles” with you and your family.

On a personal note…

I bring both lived experience and genuine empathy to my coaching practice. Early in my career, I spent years traveling and working in education, but my greatest growth came not from professional milestones, but from navigating deeply personal challenges.

For much of my adult life, I faced undiagnosed autoimmune disorders, Lyme disease, infertility, and chronic inflammation. I also worked through the impact of a narcissistic marriage and, through intensive therapy and coaching, experienced a profound shift. With the support of my life coach, I learned to reframe my mindset, identify and release harmful patterns, and ultimately rebuild on my own terms.

Today, I am a proud single mom by choice to twins born through donor conception, a path I chose with strength, courage, and intention.

It is this journey that fuels the work I do now. I know firsthand how resilience is built, how clarity is found, and how transformation unfolds. Whether you are navigating personal hardships, workplace challenges, or striving to improve productivity and performance at work, I am here to support you with compassion, insight, and practical tools to help you rise.
